About Calcly

Calcly is a free, bilingual collection of 59 modern online calculators built for clarity, speed and accuracy. Our mission is simple: give everyone instant access to the calculations they need every day, without ads getting in the way of the answer.

What we do

We design and maintain calculators for finance (loans, mortgages, EMI, compound interest, salary, VAT, sales tax, currency, retirement and more), health (BMI, BMR, TDEE, body fat, calories, macros, water intake, pregnancy), math (percentages, fractions, geometry, logarithms, GCD, LCM, quadratic equations, statistics) and everyday utilities (unit conversion, date difference, fuel cost, GPA, password strength, cooking, time zones, sleep cycles).

Our principles

Every calculator runs entirely in your browser — no server, no tracking of your inputs. Each tool ships with the exact formula used and a worked example so you can verify the result yourself. We support both English and French with native number, date and currency conventions.

Who builds Calcly

Calcly is an independent project run by a small team passionate about making everyday math frictionless. We do not sell user data, we do not require accounts, and we keep ad placement minimal and clearly labeled.

Editorial policy

Editorial & Accuracy Policy

Every calculator published on Calcly is designed, verified and maintained under a strict editorial process. Our goal: guarantee that every result displayed is mathematically accurate, up-to-date and explainable.

Mathematical Audit Verified
Formulas validated against official sources
  • Primary sources

Formulas are sourced from academic textbooks, government publications (IRS, CDC, Federal Reserve) and recognized professional bodies. No formula is shipped without a verifiable source.

  • Mathematical audit

Each calculator is tested against known reference cases before publication. Outputs are cross-checked against at least two trusted third-party tools to validate accuracy to at least 4 decimal places.

  • Editorial review

Explanatory content (guides, FAQs) is drafted by our editorial team and reviewed by a financial analyst or qualified health professional — depending on topic — prior to going live.

  • Updates

Rates, regulatory caps and guidelines are reviewed quarterly. The last-updated date is displayed at the bottom of every priority calculator.

  • Corrections

If you spot an error, email us: we publish a fix within 48 hours and document the change in our changelog.
