Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Calcly ("we", "us") handles information when you use our calculators at calcly.app. Last updated: April 17, 2026.

Information we do not collect

Calcly does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email or any personal information to use any calculator. The numbers you type into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers, stored, logged or shared.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp). These logs are kept for a limited period for security and abuse-prevention purposes only and are not linked to any personal profile.

Cookies and local storage

Calcly uses local storage only to remember your preferred language. We do not use tracking cookies of our own. Third-party services described below may set their own cookies; you can control these through your browser settings.

Third-party services

We may display advertising provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or aboutads.info. We may also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count anonymous pageviews; no personally identifiable information is collected.

Children's privacy

Calcly is a general-audience educational tool. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. For requests related to server logs or any data held by our advertising partners, contact us at the address below and we will help where we can.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information: (1) the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) the right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you; (3) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; (4) the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and (5) the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Calcly does not sell your personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense for personalized ads may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA. To opt out, you can enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, adjust Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or email us at jeancykalonji50@gmail.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out". We will honor verifiable requests within 45 days. Categories of information collected: identifiers (IP address, device/browser data) and internet activity (pages viewed). We do not collect sensitive personal information, biometric data, geolocation, or information from minors under 16.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Calcly honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request under CCPA/CPRA for residents of California and other US states with similar laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah). When GPC is detected, we instruct our advertising partners to disable personalized advertising for your session.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
